Quality Policy
Quality is seen as an important part of the service provided by Loughryan Engineering Services.
Our quality system is based on an ISO style quality system where the use of a quality plan is adopted for each project. The quality plan governs the progress of a particular job by identifying hold and inspection points, which ensure that the client and relevant inspection parties get involved in the project at the appropriate stage. The headings in a typical quality plan are:
- Contract Review
- Review of Fabrication Documents
- Submission of Documents for Approval
- Material Verification
- Issue of Fabrication Drawings
- In-process inspections
- Final Inspection prior to Painting
- Painting
- Manufacturing Data Report.
The quality plan is set up to allow the client participate in all aspects of Quality on each project.
